Preparation Steps
1️⃣Prepare the dough
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar until the mixture turns pale.
Add the milk and vanilla extract, then mix well.

2️⃣Incorporate the dry ingredients
Sift the flour, baking powder and salt. Gently fold them in with a spatula.

3️⃣Add the butter and the chocolate chips
Pour in the melted butter and mix to obtain a smooth paste.
Then add the chocolate chips.

4️⃣Bake the madeleines
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Butter the madeleine mold and then fill the cavities two-thirds full.
