Beef stew with peppers

Ingredients:

500 g beef strips

D 1 red pepper, cut into strips C 1yellow pepper, cut into strips – ) 1green pepper, cut into strips – é 1 onion, minced ail 2 garlic cloves, chopped – – 2 tablespoons of olive oil – ères 2 tablespoons of soy sauce – au Black pepper, to taste — Salt, to taste

Instructions:

1. Prepare the ingredients: Wash and cut the peppers in strips. Grind the onion and chop the garlic.

2. Heat the oil: In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

3. Cook the beef: Add +he beef strips to the hot pan. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is nicely golden brown. Get the beef out of the frying pan and reserve.

4. Stir fry vegetables: In the same pan, add the chopped onion and simmer for 2-3 minutes until i it becomes translucent. Then add the black pepper and minced garlic. Simmer everything for about 5 minutes, until the peppers are tender but still crispy.

5. Add soy sauce: Put the beef back in the pan with the vegetables. Add the soy sauce and mix well to coat all the ingredients. Let cook for another 2-3 minutes for flavors to mix.
