My morning drink for strength and circulation

I prepare it five times a week, on an empty stomach:

  • ½ raw beetroot (grated)

  • juice of one orange

  • 1 tsp grated ginger

  • pinch of turmeric

  • 1 tsp cold-pressed olive oil

Mix and drink in the morning. Beets improve blood circulation, orange strengthens blood vessels, ginger and turmeric reduce inflammation, and olive oil helps the body absorb nutrients.

This drink is my daily ritual. Combined with moderate exercise and proper posture, it gives me a sense of stability and vitality. I am standing on my feet at 92 not by chance, but thanks to the habit of moving, taking care of myself and not giving up.
