22. Good for joint pain
Pour 1-2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar into the clay and apply the mixture to the skin around the joint. Keep it until the clay dries completely. You can also bandage it and keep it overnight. You can add bran and honey to the vinegar, then heat everything together in a pan and apply it warm to the painful joint.
23. Scabs and scratches
Moisten painful scrapes, cuts, or scabs with apple cider vinegar four times a day and again before bed. Scabs disappear in two days.
