7. For weight loss

Take two teaspoons of vinegar in a glass of water, three times a day for two months. Half an hour before the main meal, you can drink a spoonful of apple cider vinegar mixed in a glass of lukewarm water, with the addition of a teaspoon of honey. It is enough to take it once a day.

8. For headaches

For headaches or migraines, apple cider vinegar is taken daily, three times a day, two teaspoons in a glass of water or by inhaling steam from a solution of half vinegar and half water.

11. Anti-lice lotion

Rosemary and lavender essential oils will kill the eggs that are stuck to your hair, and apple cider vinegar will wash them out of your hair. Make a lotion of 5 drops of rosemary essential oil, 6 drops of lavender essential oil, 5 dl of apple cider vinegar, and 5 dl of warm water and use it immediately after shampooing. Rinse your hair and scalp well with it, then put a shower cap on your head and let it sit for 15 minutes. Comb your hair well and then rinse your hair and scalp thoroughly with warm water.

12. Vinegar for shiny hair

Pour one-third of a cup of apple cider vinegar into four cups of water and rinse your hair with it after shampooing. Then rinse with cold water. If you have dandruff problems, apply a mixture of equal amounts of vinegar and water to your scalp twice a week. Wrap your hair in a towel and let it sit for an hour. Wash your hair as usual.

13. Sore throat
