Apple Cake WW

Apple and Fudge Cake WW
Ingredients: 3 apples (of your choice)
3 apples (of your choice), peeled and thinly sliced
​​3 eggs
100g flour
50g sugar (or sweetener of your choice if you prefer a lighter version)
150ml skimmed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Zest of 1 lemon (optional)
Some butter or oil spray for greasing the pan
Preparation:

Read more on the next page. After baking, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool slightly before removing it from the pan.
Serve the apple fudge cake warm or cold, depending on your preference. Before serving, you can lightly sprinkle with cinnamon or powdered sugar.
