Required products:

  • 2 medium zucchini

  • 1 onion

  • 4 medium-sized potatoes

  • 2 eggs

  • 4 tablespoons of flour

  • 2 tablespoons sour cream

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

  • frying oil

Preparation method

Prepare the vegetables:
Wash and peel the zucchini and potatoes. Grate them finely. If the zucchini is very watery, drain it gently.
