This is my favorite summer dish, I love it and my husband eats at least two servings.

 

2 to 3 tomatoes

half a teaspoon of rice

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

30 grams of butter

aneth ou persil

salt to taste

Peeled and washed onions are mixed in vegetable oil and a little water.

Add the diced zucchini and stir until completely softened.

Then add the rice and the crushed tomatoes.

Add hot water, add oil on top and salt.

The dish is baked in the oven and sprinkled with dill or parsley when ready.
