Ingredients
 250g macaroni
150g sweetcorn (kernels, drained)
 1 red pepper (small cubes, ~100g)
 1 celery stalk (thinly sliced, ~50g)
 ½ red onion (small cubes, ~60g)
 4 tbsp mayonnaise (80g)
2 tbsp double cream (30g)
 1 tbsp chopped parsley or chives
 1 tsp mild mustard
 salt, freshly ground pepper
