According to Dimkov, indrishe is an underestimated plant, somewhat forgotten among the many new modern medicines. Older people remember this aromatic relative of geranium as an excellent addition to confectionery and marmalades.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
- 400 g of honey
- 20 indrish leaves – ground
- 20 to 30 ground almonds
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
- 4 lemons (2 grated lemons with zest, without seeds, 2 – juice only)
