Preparation: Wash

Beat the eggs and sugar in a bowl until frothy. Add the milk and mix well.
Dry ingredients:
Mix the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon in a separate bowl. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
Assembly:
Add the apples to the mixture and mix gently.
Baking:
Pour the batter into a greased baking dish (such as a springform pan or casserole dish) and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 35–40 minutes, until the surface is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Serving and storage tips:
It is recommended to serve the dish hot immediately after cooking, but it should remain moist even after several hours.
It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, wrapped in aluminum foil or in an airtight container.
Before serving, you can reheat it slightly in the oven or microwave.
