Then I put a plastic bag over my feet and waited 7 minutes.

Then I cleaned everything with a paper towel and treated the heel with a file.

The procedure here is simpler. There’s no need to wash or soak the foot. The product is applied to a cotton pad, which is placed on the areas to be treated for 3 to 5 minutes.

I waited 5 minutes, removed the pads, wiped them with a tissue, and rubbed them lightly with a file. Look what happened:


The results blew me away. After the procedures, I applied calendula ointment to my feet and heels, put on plastic bags and socks… and vowed to never let such a condition happen again.


I liked both products, but the liquid in the bottle was more effective and faster.
