1 piece of fresh ginger (about 5 cm), grated
1 medium onion, chopped or crushed
3 cloves of garlic, crushed
Juice of 1 large lemon
1 cup of warm water (250 ml)
1 tablespoon of pure honey (optional)

Peel and grate the fresh ginger.
Crush the garlic cloves into a paste.
Chop the onion into small pieces or blend it.
Place all ingredients in a glass container.
Add freshly squeezed lemon juice and warm water.
Let the mixture rest for at least 30 minutes before consuming.
If you prefer a milder taste, add one tablespoon of pure honey.
